The Dutch, located in the vibrant heart of Barcelona, has its origins in the friendship of two people who emigrated from Amsterdam to Barcelona. After living abroad for a while, we discovered that we deeply missed the flavors of a Dutch patatje met and a delicious Surinamese/Javanese rotti. It was then that the idea of bringing the richness of Dutch snacks and Surinamese/Javanese cuisine to Barcelona was born.
